Our aim is to ensure your event/function is totally successful from start to finish, as we understand that your expectations are high and must be met or exceeded on every occasion. Your requirements will be meticulously detailed to ensure that only the very highest standard of service is delivered on the day.

  • Traditional Lancashire Hot Pot served with red cabbage
  • Italian Lasagne served with garlic bread and chopped salad
  • Chicken Tikka Masala served with rice, poppadums and mango chutney
  • Homemade Fish Pie - Fresh salmon, smoked haddock, prawns - broccoli, topped with creamed potato
  • Spicy vegetable Szechuan casserole served with rice and crusty bread
  • Vegetable Moussaka - served with greek salad and crusty bread

Genetically modified food:

The Catering Section will continue to purchase ingredients and foods within existing quality control systems. However, the Department is not in a position to guarantee that menu choices are free from GM ingredients, and as a result some food may contain products derived from modified Soya and/or Maize.
