Your requirements will be meticulously detailed to ensure that only the very highest standard of service is delivered on the day.

Homemade Fish Pie - Fresh salmon, smoked haddock, prawns - broccoli, topped with creamed potato

Genetically modified food:

The Catering Section will continue to purchase ingredients and foods within existing quality control systems. However, the Department is not in a position to guarantee that menu choices are free from GM ingredients, and as a result some food may contain products derived from modified Soya and/or Maize.
