Room Hire
The charges below are for the hire of the room only. Your event will incur other charges for staffing, security, etc. We will provide you with a quote once we know your exact requirements. Email events@kinggeorgeshall.com
Commercial rate:
- The Concert Hall - £1100 - £1650 per day
- The Windsor Suite - £420 per day
- Blakey's Cafe Bar - by negotiation
Additional hours:
- The Concert Hall - £160 per hour
- The Windsor Suite - £90 per hour
Local User Rate:
- The Concert Hall - £80 per hour
- The Windsor Suite - £45 per hour
To qualify for the Local User Rate your application should be accompanied by a letter from a bona-fide non-profit making organisation i.e. Registered Charity etc.

Catering
Catering Room:
A self contained area for food preparation/Tour Caterers etc is available at £100 per day.
Bar & Catering Services:
Bar and catering services for the public would normally be provided free of charge if appropriate to your event. This department can also supply 'backstage' hospitality to your artiste/production staff etc. The Bar and Catering Contractor will consider written applications to supply your own wine / confectionery / soft drinks etc. but reserves the right to charge a facility fee for use of counters, loss of profits etc.
