We had the Superstars from the American Wrestling here at King George’s Hall on Saturday. The evenings entertainment included the World Cup Tag Team Final, the weather didn’t deter everyone from getting here and having a great night.

Funny February started off with a bang with the second Comedy Club of the year at King George’s Hall. MC Tony Jameson got everyone laughing throughout the night with Alex Boardman, Paul F Taylor and Headliner Pierre Hollins. Look out for two more Comedians this month, Patrick Monahan and Pete Firman.

Saturday night was our regular Soul Night with 3 rooms of Soul music and all the regular D.J’s, everyone seemed to be having a great time dancing the night away. We also had a special guest appearance from Phil Fearon.

We kicked off 2012 with the hilarious George’s Comedy Club last Friday. David Langley, John Gavin and Mickey D entertained the comedy fans, and MC Phil Ellis kept the crowd laughing throughout the evening.

We’ve shared lots of laughter over the festive season with the Stageworks WorldWide Production cast of Dick Whittington.
Phil Walker has kept the crowds entertained along with Tommy the acrobatic cat, the hilarious Sarah the Cook & the evil Queen Rat along with spectacular scenery, costumes, singing & dancing!

Soul Night - 26 Nov 2011

Saturday night was our regular Soul Night with 3 rooms of Soul music and all the regular D.J’s, everyone seemed to be having a great time dancing the night away. We also had a special guest appearance from The Drizabone Soul Family.

Milton Jones made his debut appearance at King George’s Hall last night, Milton’s grandad started the show again and again for all the latecomers, much to the amusement of the audience who arrived nice and early. Milton introduced a fresh comedy talent and then re-emerged on stage with his trademark hairstyle to entertain the crowd.

The Clone Roses always pull a crowd in Blackburn and this wasn’t any different last Saturday with a great crowd in The Windsor Suite!
