Roy Chubby Brown - Sat 10th Nov 2012

Roy Chubby Brown brought his new live show to King George’s Hall on Saturday night. Chubby, with a reputation for being Britain’s most outrageous comedian, delivered a non-stop battering ram of laugh-out-loud comedy.

Were you there? What did you think?

Was not impressed with the security inside they were bullying people around us. It spoilt the show.

The night started with the support band, they were ok. Then chubby came on, he was funny for maybe the first 20mins after this the show wasn’t funny, he forgot the words to his songs, repeated jokes and got really boring :-/ and he didn’t like hecklers like at all, he had them removed by security.
To sum it up it was a disappointing night

Seen Chubby about 16 yrs ago and he can still hold a crowd. A good laugh and a good night. Loved the finale Keep your hat on and i see you baby shakin that ass!! Very funny.

We got there for 7.30 as advertised there was a rock band on for the first 1/2 hour as the warm up act we didn’t go to watch a rock band then there was a 1/2 hour interval what was the point in a warm up act if such s gap before act comes on anyway when chubby came on he was funny did an hour and and finished was ok but I would rather have got there later and just seen chubby there were a few idiots that had to be thrown out by security and I think chubby handled them really well .

I don’t think the security were bullies there were trying to make sure the rest of the audience could hear the show as the hecklers were spoiling it for us who were their to listen to the jokes .
