Sat 30 January saw us welcome in the new year with our 15th Birthday special and our first Soul Night of the decade. We had a special guest, DJ Bigger and changed the rooms around so that the Jazz-Funk was back downstairs in The Windsor Suite and Nu-Soul back upstairs in Blakeys Bar. Everybody seemed to have a great night and we think there will have been some sore feet the morning after!

Great night, especially now the jazz funk is back in the windsor. Was thinking of not going again if the jazz funk room was still in Blakeys but will be back now it’s gone back to it’s “spiritual home”.

I notice that January’s event featured Jazz Funk back in the Windsor Suite. Great news but your info page shows it back in Blakeys. Is this the case or just a mis-print? Blakeys is far too small without a good dance floor. If it’s not in the Windsor we’ll be giving the night a miss (again) which is sad - used to be a guaranteed fab night with hours of dancing and loads of room to do it.
