Customers with Disabilities

Please let the Box Office know of your disability at the time of your advanced booking so we can try to help make your visit an enjoyable experience and advise which seats will suit you best.
We appreciate that not all disabilities are instantly recognisable.

Wheelchair spaces are at a premium, so please be sure to let us know if you will need to remain seated throughout the performance or if you can transfer from your chair to one of ours. They are positioned on level floor areas.

If you cannot attend without the aid of a personal assistant we will supply you with a free ticket so that they can come with you. Please do not be offended if you are asked for documentary evidence, which would usually be your DWP DLA Certificate.

At standing concerts we can provide a raised platform for patrons who pre-book. This is erected to the rear of the auditorium.
