King George’s Hall Box Office is situated next to the entrance to Blakey’s Cafe Bar.

How to Book

Via telephone: You can book tickets by calling 0844 847 1664. This number rings direct to our Box Office Staff but please note that during busy or out of office periods, you will be transferred through to Ticketmaster.

In person: At the Box Office – entrance situated next to Blakey’s Café Bar, Northgate, Blackburn, BB2 1AA.

Online: You can book online from our website, please note that online purchases will be made via Ticketmaster and booking fees will apply.

Our agents: You can book tickets for our events at Clitheroe T.I.C, Church Walk, Clitheroe, Lancashire, BB7 2RA.

Box Office Collections:

Collect tickets from the reception desk in the main foyer during the hour prior to the performance. If you purchased your tickets online, please take credit card and Ticketmaster reference number as proof of purchase.

Conditions of Sale

All tickets are sold on a non-refundable and non-exchange basis.

A service charge will apply to all bookings made with credit and debit cards. In addition, an administration fee will be charged to any telephone booking. Please note; bookings via Ticketmaster are subject to Ticketmaster’s booking fees and charges.

Customers with Disabilities

King George’s Hall welcomes customers with disabilities. If you use a wheelchair it is essential that the Box Office is notified at the time of booking for fire and licensing regulations. The Fire Authorities advise that all wheelchair patrons remain in their seats throughout the performance; and wheelchair spaces are situated on the Main Floor only.

KGH operates a free ticket for every wheelchair carer attending. Maximum one per wheelchair, full price ticket must be purchased.

We have recently installed a new disabled lift from our Reception area to The Windsor Suite. As such, all areas of King George’s Hall have disabled access.
